Are your clients elders or do you have concerns about aging? Join a meeting to explore how you and your clients can tap superpowers to age with joy. The session will explore the superpowers elders use to stay connected fully with life, even during challenging times. Carol, an elder herself, will share ways to use the superpowers elders and you possess for living and dying well. The practices offered will be from her new book, Elderrific…. Accessing Superpowers for Living and Dying Well. After a short talk, engage in some exercises for tapping your superpowers to be great!

Carol O’Dowd, MPA, M.Div., MI is a trauma and transition therapist, life coach, and spiritual counselor. A significant focus of Carol’s work centers on elders and aging. She helps individuals reconnect with gratitude, awareness, and a deeper appreciation for life. Her work is informed by certifications in Horticultural Therapy, Energy Psychology, Japanese Psychology, Applied Existential Psychotherapy, and Mindfulness Instruction. She has led workshops in the United States, Thailand, and Indonesia.
This meeting is both an educational opportunity and a time to connect as a community. Along with Carol’s presentation, we will set aside time for members to reconnect, share updates, and enjoy conversation with one another.
