Specialized counseling for emergency services personnel and their family members related to their work and home life and the variety of stressors that affect them - including post-traumatic stress, anxiety, addictions, depression, and grief. Certified in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) as well as Brainspotting. Reiki, Hypnotherapy, and Sound Therapy, available in this Practice. Contracted by Poudre Fire Authority, Wellington Fire Protection District, Eaton Fire Protection District, Berthoud Fire Protection District, Windsor-Severance Fire Rescue, UCHealth EMS, and the City of Fort Collins Rangers, as well as all 5 Nothern Colorado UCHealth Emergency Rooms and their staff, as their Clinical Supervisors. First Responder Trauma Counselors (FRTC) also provides Peer Support Team Member Training as well as national training to All Badges All Uniforms of First Responders not to mention Clinical Advisor/Supervisors of Peer Support Teams. FRTC also consults and facilitates confidential critical incident processings and defusing as necessary and requested by other agencies. In addition FRTC, in concert with Emergency Responder Trauma Counselors aka 911 FOR 911, (a 501c3), provides their groundbreaking 911 Overwatch system to assist First Responders 24/7 365 in their behavioral health needs.
