Short Business Description: Bridget is a passionate clinical practitioner in the felid of marriage and family therapy who divides her time between clinical practice and research. In her practice she delivers evidence-based treatments such as cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy and emotionally focused therapy and am very client centered in my approach.
Long Business Description:

I established my business in October of 2012. I am a Private Clinician and a Unlicensed Psychotherapist with the State of Colorado. I maintain a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, and a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Organizational Management with Leadership.
Relationship Therapy is my expertise. I find it rewarding to work with clients that are motivated in seeking help to understand themselves and their relationships, while mindfully exploring value-driven goals. I believe in recognizing multiple paths of potential interventions such as, respecting each family member’s orientation, affect, role and interactional patterns.
My approach is respectful, collaborative, and client-centered. Since I specialize in Family’s & Couples therapy, I work with individuals by understanding how a person relates to others in the family system based on patterns in generational relationships, IE. (family or origin). Family history taking is key. I will create a safe environment where you can heal emotional wounds and experience harmony. I am very passionate about what I do as a Marriage and Family Therapist. I believe we all play an important part in the world we live in.
