I help adults untangle the impact of family trauma, chronic anxiety, and identity-related stress through a grounded, collaborative, trauma-informed approach. My work blends parts work, transpersonal psychology, and practical skills for stabilization and clarity. I offer virtual therapy throughout Colorado for clients ready to understand their patterns and build a life that feels more regulated, connected, and sustainable. I provide trauma-informed, anxiety-focused, and gender-affirming virtual therapy for adults across Colorado. My style is steady, non-judgmental, and centered around helping clients understand how early family systems shaped their current patterns.
Long Business Description
Many of the people I work with grew up in environments where they had to stay small, stay silent, or manage other people’s emotions long before they were ready. You may notice lingering patterns such as anxiety, people-pleasing, emotional shutdown, perfectionism, difficulty trusting yourself, which makes sense in the context of your experiences but no longer feel like these ways are helping you move forward. In our work together, we slow down the noise, explore the parts of you that had to respond to early family dynamics, and learn how those strategies shaped your present-day identity, relationships, and nervous system.
My approach blends trauma-informed care, parts work, and the depth and compassion of Transpersonal psychotherapy. I identify as nonbinary (they/she), and I hold a deeply affirming stance around gender, identity exploration, and the experience of living between categories. I also draw from my Minor in art therapy background which I obtained in my undergrad; another important training integration that informs my practice includes psychedelic-informed training (psilocybin-focused) to support clients who think and feel in complex, nonlinear ways without pushing any particular modality or philosophy. The space we build is collaborative, grounded, and centered on helping you return to a sense of internal steadiness.
Therapy with me is not meant to last forever. I aim to help you stabilize, understand your patterns with clarity and compassion, and develop tools that feel realistic in your actual life. You set the pace, and we adjust together. I offer virtual therapy across Colorado and typically work weekly or biweekly, with flexibility for short-term increased support when needed. (I’m unable to work with clients who are currently actively suicidal or engaging in active self-harm due to the limitations of virtual outpatient care.)
