The Patterns of life run deep and are expressed as our stories about self, other people and circumstances. Our emotions are the glue that hold our patterns in place and bind us to them. Through the reinforcing of our patterns, an insulating cocoon is formed. The PatternWork® is a Self Discovery process that utilizes mindfulness to help you come out of your cocoon and release the patterns that no longer serve you.

This work is especially effective for deep healing, clarity, improving anxiety, stress, confidence, self-esteem, weight loss, changing habits and patterns, overall relaxation, mindfulness, and well-being. If you’re frustrated with traditional psychotherapy, I’m the right person to work with.
If you suspect you need something deeper than traditional talk therapy, I can help. It's better to deal with these things sooner rather than later, and as a Subconscious Change Specialist (Board Certified Hypnotist and Certified IFS Practitioner), I consider it an honor and a privilege to help you do that in a safe, compassionate, effective way.

I use a metaphysical approach to depression and self-hatred – helping to create the conditions in which change occurs rather than perusing the change itself. I also support the client in embracing the feelings they have been trying to resolve with logic and achievement and allow these feelings to lead them back to early trauma and self-defeating beliefs. This is a non-directive approach that allows the client to discover who they uniquely are as opposed to what they think they would like to become. Change is lasting and often dramatic - occurring within moments, weeks, and months as opposed to years.
