As health care professionals ourselves, we want to avoid causing harm to our clients, learn how to track for potential conflicts, and repair and restore relationships when possible. In this presentation, we will explore our relationship to power and empowerment. Specific topics covered will be power differential, conflict indicators and strategies, uses and misuses of power, impact vs. intention and the five things that are needed for authentic repair.
